1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

Item missing from the package
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Customers must provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof.
2. Return Request Timeline
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or opened products
Products damaged due to misuse
Personal care items that have been opened for hygiene reasons
Items purchased during special sale or clearance offers (unless damaged or incorrect)
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account, depending on the payment type.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
In approved cases of damaged or incorrect products, Sea Beauty will bear the replacement shipping cost.
